Following the events of Foul Lady Fortune, Rosalind Lang finds herself exposed as the infamous spy "Lady Fortune." Confined to her apartment due to media scrutiny, she is determined to rescue her partner, Orion Hong, who has been kidnapped and subjected to memory-wiping experiments by his mother, Lady Hong. To achieve this, Rosalind embarks on a national tour under the guise of boosting morale, using the opportunity to lure out her enemies and save Orion. Her journey is complicated by shifting alliances, as both Nationalist and Communist factions have their own agendas regarding Orion's fate.
